After law school, he went into practice at the Kisner Law Firm and Silicon Valley Law Group representing national homebuilders and local developers on land use and transactional real estate matters throughout California.
Since 2005, Richard has developed and managed several projects throughout the bay area. He currently focuses on brokering commercial real estate, investments, and other complex real estate matters for clients. He is an expert in land acquisition, leasing, foreclosure investments, and probate matters. As a landlord and developer, Richard has a thorough knowledge of the San Francisco rent control ordinance and how to effectively navigate the building and planning departments.
